Data Privacy Notice
What CAD Space actually collects, why, who else sees it, and how to reach Kurt Axcel or the National Privacy Commission. Written for CAD Space — not a generic template.

01Who is responsible
In shortKurt Axcel in the Philippines is the controller. Questions go to support, then to the National Privacy Commission if you need them.
Kurt Axcel, operating CAD Space from the Republic of the Philippines, is the personal information controller for the data described here.
This Data Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the rights you have under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We wrote it to be specific to this desk — not a generic template.
Questions, access requests, and complaints: hello….
02What we collect
In shortGoogle email (and a name if Google sends it), plan/progress, onboarding answers, campaign URLs, wallet-payment references and receipt links, feedback threads you write, session metadata. Pad sketches stay in this browser.
From Google when you sign in: email address and, if Google sends it, a display name. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Account and desk: plan, trial dates, and paid-until dates; lab progress (complete / percent); first-login onboarding answers (why you joined, what gets in the way, role, optional note); Share-for-Pro proof URLs plus optional notes; wallet-payment rows (plan, amount, CAD- reference, receipt URL you pasted, optional note); and feedback threads you write on the Feedback page (topic, subject, messages), which only you and Kurt Axcel can read.
Security and operations: signed-in session metadata the operator can see (such as last seen, a coarse IP, and user agent) so abuse can be reviewed. Cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Sketches on the pad currently live in your browser (localStorage). They are not uploaded to our database unless we later say so in an updated notice.
If you email us, we process whatever you send in that message.
We do not collect payment-card numbers on CAD Space. Pro is paid by a wallet transfer you send yourself. We store the reference and the public receipt link you paste so Kurt Axcel can review it. We do not scrape your social profile beyond opening the public URL you pasted.
03Why we process it
In shortTo run the desk, review Earn Pro and wallet payments, stop abuse, and email notices. We do not sell your personal data.
To provide the account and desk (contract with you): sign-in, labs you are entitled to, progress, campaign review, wallet-payment review, and support — including answering feedback threads you send.
To improve CAD Space (legitimate interests and, where we ask, your answers): onboarding research, fixing abuse, keeping sessions idle-signed-out.
To run optional campaigns: confirming a public post you pointed us to. Those posts are already public on another platform.
To send notices: policy warnings, campaign status that also appears on Earn Pro, security and account messages. We do not sell your personal data. We do not buy lists to spam you. We do not use your onboarding answers as an ad profile to sell to others.
05Transfers outside the Philippines
In shortSome vendors process data abroad so the desk can run. We only send what each service needs.
Some processors above store or process data outside the Philippines. By creating an account you understand that your personal data may leave the country so the desk can run. We choose vendors that publish security and privacy terms, and we only send what each service needs.
06How long we keep it
In shortWe keep your desk row while the account is open. Deletion removes it, except a short abuse record if we had to ban you.
Account, progress, onboarding, campaign, and payment-review rows stay while the account is open. If the account is deleted (by you on request, or by us after a ban), we remove those database rows. Audit logs of admin actions may be kept longer where we need a record of enforcement.
Browser sketches last until you clear site data. Emails in an inbox follow ordinary mail retention.
Idle sessions are signed out on the desk after 10 minutes without activity. That is a safety control, not a separate marketing cookie.
07Your rights (RA 10173)
In shortYou can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or complain to the NPC. Write from the Google address on the account.
You may ask to be informed, to access, to correct, to erase or block, to object, to data portability where it applies, and to file a complaint. Some rights have legal limits (for example we may keep a ban record so a removed abuser cannot immediately return).
Write to hello… from the Google address on the account and say what you need. We will answer in a reasonable time under NPC guidance.
You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission: privacy.gov.ph.
09Security
In shortPlans and campaign approvals are locked down in the database. Tell us if an account was used without you.
Access to lesson payloads is gated in Postgres (row-level security). Users cannot write their own plan. Campaign approvals and bans are admin-only. Details of controls are in the product; we will not publish a guide to bypass them.
No internet service is perfectly secure. Tell us at hello… if you think an account was used without you.
10Children
In shortThis desk is for students and drafters, not young children. Under 13: we do not knowingly collect. Ask us to close it if we did.
CAD Space is aimed at students and working drafters, not at very young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold data for a child that should not have an account, email hello… and we will close it.
11Changes to this notice
In shortThe date at the top changes when we revise this. Material new data uses get an email when we reasonably can.
When this notice changes, the effective date at the top of the page updates. If a change is material (new category of data, new purpose that is not obvious), we will also email the address on the account when we reasonably can.
The desk opens only after you tick that you have read and understood both documents. Signed-in users can reopen these pages from Account. If an “In short” line and the paragraphs below it disagree, the paragraphs win.
