LEGAL

Terms of Use

A contract written so you can actually follow it. Each section starts with the gist, then the detail — accounts, unwanted conduct, Earn Pro, and how we notify you.

Effective 16 August 2026 · Kurt Axcel · the Republic of the Philippines

Also read Data Privacy Notice.

01The agreement

In shortThis is a contract. Tick both boxes only after you have read it. CAD Space is practice in the browser, not a licensed CAD program for delivering a job.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the contract between you and Kurt Axcel for CAD Space — the browser practice workspace at cadspace.kurtaxcel.com, operated from the Republic of the Philippines.

Each section starts with a plain “In short” line so you can scan the rules. If that line and the paragraphs below it ever seem to disagree, the paragraphs win.

You accept these Terms and the Data Privacy Notice by ticking both boxes on Sign in or Sign up, and by recording that tick on your account after Google. We store the version you accepted. If you do not agree, do not tick, and do not use CAD Space.

CAD Space is practice. It is not AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or any other CAD product. What you type here is meant to help you in those programs later. It does not replace a licensed CAD program for delivering a job.

02Accounts

In shortOne person, one Google account. We do not store a CAD Space password. Keep that Google account under your control.

You need a Google account to join. CAD Space does not store a password. You must keep access to that Google account under your control. Do not share the login, sell access, or run an account for someone else under your name.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and the Data Privacy Notice before you create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We may close an account if we reasonably believe it belongs to a child who should not be here.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else used it, email hello… from the Google address on the account.

03Acceptable use

In shortPractice CAD here. Do not attack the desk, scrape it, bypass Pro, or clone the curriculum as your own product.

Use CAD Space to learn and practice 2D CAD habits. Do not use it to attack, scrape, or overload the service, to bypass plan gates, or to try to read another person’s account, progress, or campaign submissions.

Do not reverse engineer, copy, or republish paid lab content as your own course. Free Foundations material may be practiced on the desk; it is not a license to clone CAD Space.

Do not upload malware, attempt to defeat security or anti-debug controls, or probe other users’ sessions. Bots and automated harvesting of labs, plates, or accounts are not allowed. Admin tools exist only for the operator.

04Unwanted conduct

In shortNo harassment, hate, illegal content, spam, fraud, or other people’s data. Fake Earn Pro posts count as a violation.

Unwanted conduct includes harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, spam, fraud, and sharing another person’s personal data without a lawful reason.

Campaign posts and notes must be your own public share about CAD Space. Fake proof links, recycled spam posts, or harassment in a “share” will be rejected and may close the account.

Report unwanted conduct or a policy concern to hello… from the email on your account. Include URLs and what happened. We review reports; we do not promise a public forum.

05Notices of violations

In shortIf we think you broke the rules, we email the Google address on the account. Campaign status also shows on Earn Pro.

If we believe you broke these Terms, we may send a notice to the Google email on your account. That notice may warn you, ask you to fix something, tell you a campaign share was not counted, restrict Pro, or say the account will be suspended or removed.

Campaign review status (in review, needs a clearer link, approved, not counted) is shown on Earn Pro inside the desk. Other enforcement may only appear as an email or as a failed sign-in after a ban.

We do not publish a public list of violators. We also do not have to give a long grace period if the conduct is serious (abuse, fraud, illegal content).

Keep your email reachable. Notices sent to that address count as given when the mail is accepted by your provider, whether or not you open it.

06Share-for-Pro and other platforms

In shortEarn Pro is optional and reviewed by hand. Follow the other site’s rules. We never own your social post.

Earn Pro is optional. You submit a public https link so the operator can confirm a real post. Review is manual. Approved shares may add 1–3 days of Pro, stacked up to three days remaining. Paid Pro and Team are not overwritten. Submitting a proof does not guarantee a trial.

You are responsible for the post on the other platform (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, a class group, and so on). Follow that platform’s own user agreement, content policy, and spam rules. CAD Space is not asking you to buy engagement, scrape, or mislead those sites. A private or login-walled post will usually come back as “needs a clearer link.”

The post stays yours. We store the URL (and an optional note) only to review the campaign. We do not take a license to republish, sell, or commercially remix your social post. Fake, duplicated, or policy-breaking shares can be rejected without stacking days.

07Your content and our content

In shortYour notes stay yours. We only keep what the desk needs. Labs and the CAD Space name stay Kurt Axcel’s.

Onboarding answers, campaign notes, and proof URLs remain yours. You give CAD Space a limited license to store and review them so the desk and campaign can run — not a perpetual right to use them for any commercial purpose we invent later.

Sketches on the pad are stored in this browser’s localStorage today, not in our database. Clearing site data clears those drawings. Do not treat the pad as the system of record for a paid delivery.

Labs, sims, reference text, example plates, and the CAD Space name are Kurt Axcel content. You may use them on the desk under your plan. You may not sell or host them as a competing product.

If you believe CAD Space hosts something you own without a right, email hello… with the page URL and a short description of the claim. We will look at it.

08Plans, trials, and billing

In shortFoundations is free. Campaign days expire. Paid Pro is a wallet transfer Kurt Axcel reviews — not a card form on this site.

Foundations is free. Pro is paid when you send the listed USD amount (or the approximate peso figure shown) to the wallet QR on the Pay page, include the CAD- reference, and Kurt Axcel approves the receipt. That grant lasts 30 days (month) or 365 days (year) from approval, or stacks from a still-live paid end date. Campaign trials are a limited grant, not a subscription, and they expire on the date shown on the account.

Prices are listed on the pricing page in USD. Approximate Philippine peso figures are for orientation only.

There is no card checkout on CAD Space today. A form submit does not unlock Pro. Team and classroom plans are arranged by email. We may change plans or retire a feature with notice on the site.

09Suspension and removal

In shortWe can warn, restrict, ban, or delete an account that breaks these Terms or that we are required by law to close.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, or delete an account that violates these Terms, that we cannot keep secure, or that we are required by law to close.

When an account is removed, catalog progress and campaign rows tied to that user go with it. Pad drawings in localStorage stay on that device until the browser data is cleared.

10Leaving CAD Space

In shortYou can sign out anytime. To delete the account, email us from that Google address and say you want it closed.

Sign out from Account whenever you want. A signed-in desk also signs you out after ten minutes idle (with a warning around eight minutes).

To close the account and ask us to delete the database row we hold, email hello… from the Google address on the account. We will remove account, progress, onboarding, campaign, and payment-review rows we control. We may keep a short enforcement note if we closed the account for abuse, so the same person cannot immediately return.

We cannot delete a post you made on another platform. Remove it there if you want it gone.

11Availability and liability

In shortThe desk is provided as-is. We are not your CAD license, your school, or the host of your social posts.

CAD Space is provided as-is. We aim to keep the desk up, but labs, sims, and trials can fail, change, or pause for maintenance.

To the extent Philippine law allows, Kurt Axcel is not liable for lost drawings stored only on your device, for a social post you made for the campaign, or for indirect loss (lost class marks, lost job, lost profit). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is forbidden.

12Philippine law

In shortPhilippine law governs. We may update these Terms; material changes get an email when we reasonably can.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines may hear disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to hello….

If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after that date means you accept the update. Material changes that affect your rights will also be announced by email when we reasonably can. If you do not accept an update, stop using CAD Space and ask us to close the account.

The desk opens only after you tick that you have read and understood both documents. Signed-in users can reopen these pages from Account. If an “In short” line and the paragraphs below it disagree, the paragraphs win.
